We have an office in the center of Barcelona, in Villarroel street 58. Right next door, at Villarroel 60, we have the parking lot where we park our vehicles.

Delivery schedule

Monday to Friday from 08h to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 19h.

Saturdays from 08h to 12h

Sundays from 09h to 11h.

Deliveries outside these hours must be approved and are subject to an additional charge.

Vehicle return schedule

As we have a parking lot available 24/7, car returns can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Depending on the time of your return, we will give you a remote control to enter and exit the parking lot.

How do I return the vehicle?

You will have to enter with the car in the parking lot (c/Villarroel 60) and leave it parked in the same area where we deliver it to you. You will leave the vehicle key in the glove compartment. The vehicle will therefore be left unlocked. Don’t worry, it is 100% secure, only we will be able to remove the vehicle from the parking lot.

Will you be there when I return the vehicle?

In principle, no. If we are during business hours we will be in our office and if the return is outside of business hours, we will not be in our office. In any case you must follow the instructions in the previous section.

How will you check if the car has returned with damage?

When we arrive we will check the condition of the vehicle and note it on the damage sheet. To avoid misunderstandings, we always recommend that when leaving the vehicle, you make a video of the vehicle’s condition.
